Discovery Series: Speed Interview Night 2022

LOT Roundtable EA

This event is exclusive to students that have applied to the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) mentorship program and have been selected to participate in the interview process. All eligible candidates have been notified by email regarding the status of their application.

There are three parts to this Speed Interview Night:

Part 1:  Candidates will be interviewed in a group setting by current Mentors in the program. They will be asked to answer questions on the four pillars of the program: Mentorship, Leadership, Networking, and Volunteerism.

Part 2:  Following the group interview, candidates will be assigned to breakout rooms where they will work on a short case study together.

Part 3:  Finally, to wrap up the night, candidates will have the opportunity to wow the interviewers with a one-minute elevator pitch.

*Candidates must complete all three parts of the interview and receive an average score of 4 out of 5 or higher in order to qualify for the program.
