Student Application

The Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) program is GVBOT's flagship mentorship program for future leaders. The program was created in 1999 to equip post-secondary students with the skills, experiences and connections to thrive in their careers and beyond. With volunteerism and philanthropy as cornerstones of great leadership, LOT also focuses on the importance of service in shaping successful leaders who leave a lasting impact on their communities.

LOT prepares you to navigate your career with confidence by bridging the gap between post-secondary education and the professional world, offering a dynamic and safe space to refine your leadership and business skills. Through exclusive events, 1:1 mentorship with an experienced business leader, collaborative teamwork, and professional networking opportunities, you will gain valuable insights while building meaningful connections with professionals across the Lower Mainland and beyond.
