Notice of Meeting - 127th Annual General Meeting on June 20

In accordance with Bylaw 11.10 — Notice of Meeting — notice is hereby given that the 127th Annual General Meeting of The Vancouver Board of Trade will take place on June 20, 2014.

The meeting will be held at the Fairmont Pacific Rim — for the purpose of electing directors and approving the audited financial statements.

Registration for the Member-Only Business Portion of the AGM will begin at 2:45 p.m. followed by the meeting at 3:00 p.m. Pre-registration is not required.

The Business Portion of the AGM will be followed by a Members' Networking Reception.
