Fighting Burnout and Building Resiliency
Fighting Burnout and Building Resiliency
In 2019 the World Health Organization classified burnout as an “occupational phenomenon” worldwide. We see this play out in workplaces across Canada. This session will address how we can fight burnout (maybe even prevent it!) and build individual and collective resiliency within our workplaces.
We will explore the following:
- Defining burnout and an exploration of how it is impacting workplaces.
- The connection between the mind and the body.
- What it means to be resilient (and what it doesn’t mean).
- Exploration of The Six Elements of Resilience.
- Tips to build wellbeing, foster resiliency, and a call to action
