Know Your Ikigai. Kick-Start Your Career.

Know Your Ikigai. Kick Start Your Career.

What will you do when you graduate?

This question stops many in their tracks. However, many students took proven steps to successfully launch on their meaningful career journey. They are using their strengths to make a difference, and they have financial security.

What are the proven steps? One of the steps is to understand your ikigai.

What is your ikigai?  It is a Japanese word that means "your reason for being".

At this 90-minute, online interactive workshop you will learn how to uncover your ikigai by identifying what you are good at, what you love, what the world needs – and what you can get paid for.

Stephanie and Louann, Career Coaches from PeerSpectives Consulting, will guide you through activities to uncover your ikigai and ways to re-energize your current role or inform your next career move.
