Join us for our first-ever member retreat!

GVBOT members will receive exclusive savings on lift tickets, accommodations and other activities. It will be a fantastic opportunity to enjoy all the fun winter activities the resort has to offer, and a chance to meet and network with other members.

Participate in the First Tracks experience with our Vice President Austin Nairn. Get up to two runs in before the lifts are open to the public. You will also have access to 1.5 hours of top-quality coaching from one of Big White’s experienced instructors where you can focus on guided mileage, how to ski powder on untracked slopes or any other skills you want to improve. To participate in this activity, you must be a confident skier or boarder on blue runs. All participants must be comfortable riding the chairlift.

Schedule

Day 1 – Monday, February 28

• Guests arrive
• Welcome Reception at 5:30 p.m.

Day 2 – Tuesday, March 1

• Be the first on the slopes with First Tracks Experience option which begins at 7:50 a.m.
• Free time to ski or have fun with other activities
• Apres ski cash bar at 5:30 p.m.

Day 3 – Wednesday, March 2

• Leisure/skiing/snowboarding/tubing
• Farewell reception 5:30 p.m.

Day 4 – Thursday, March 3

• Guests depart

Lift Passes

Passes can be used Monday – Friday and include $5 card fee.
