This event will be unplugged, so guests are encouraged to unplug from their phone for the duration of the event and experience a 2 hour digital detox.

Emma Andrews is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Plant Based Culinary Professional. A dynamic speaker and educator, Emma uses approachable tips and interactive learning, that is known to be both memorable and motivating. Emma believes the kitchen is your playground, and considers herself a culinary explorer. She's often testing new recipes and ingredients, hunting for innovative meal ideas. Emma is passionate about optimizing energy, longevity, and sport performance through natural foods and plant-based supplements. Through her experience and research in the natural products industry, Emma has a solid pulse on product and ingredient trends and innovations.

About Gina Buchanan

Gina Buchanan is Principal of Changeways Training and Development providing consulting, education, training and development services to an array of organizations and agencies. She is also the co-creator of Salubrity! – a project designed to beneficially impact mental health in the workplace and in addition serves as faculty in the School of Business and as part of the corporate facilitation team at BCIT, and is on faculty in the Centre for Instructional Development and the Centre for Leadership at the Justice Institute of BC.
