Solving B.C.’s Workforce Gap

The Port of Vancouver

Never in recent memory have labour shortages been so acute and across all sectors.

Following a global pandemic, and compounded by inflation, rising costs and supply chain challenges, businesses are left wondering: where did all the workers go, and how can we attract, train and keep the talent we need?

This event will examine the ongoing labour reshuffle and explore solutions to alleviate these challenges.
