Closing the Gender Pay Gap

Closing the Gender Pay Gap

The Women’s Leadership Council is hosting an action-oriented, solution-driven panel on the pressing topic of the Gender Pay Gap.

Many of us understand the Gender Pay Gap exists, but what we need are solutions for what can be done to eliminate the issue of women being paid less for the same or similar work to their male counterparts.

At this event a panel of experts from diverse fields, experience, and backgrounds will provide their thoughts and insight into the topic. Attendees will then have the opportunity to participate in in-depth table discussions leading to concrete take-aways to eliminate the Gender Pay Gap.

This engaging session will allow the participants to really think about what's needed in order to move the dial and make the Gender Pay Gap a thing of the past.
