Gender Equality Week: Engaging Men as Change Agents
We all know that men have a critical role to play in diversity and inclusion, especially when it comes to increasing gender equality by eliminating bias.
However, many organizations are challenged in how to begin informing men about inequalities that exist — and how to effectively engage men in gender equality initiatives.
Join us on Monday, September 23 as we kickstart National Gender Equality Week with a panel discussion, where experts will share insights on how to engage men as change agents and how organizations can move the needle on gender equality.
How you will benefit by attending:
- Learn about some of the biases men have related to gender equality
- Find out what barriers men feel exist that prevent them from being advocates/change agents and how these barriers are being addressed
- Learn about the different types of programs/initiatives our panellists have initiated in their businesses — and how they are measuring success
- Discuss what role can women play to engage men in a more meaningful and sustainable manner
