Volunteer with the Greater Vancouver Food Bank
Another fun volunteer opportunity with the CYP Outreach Team!
Join fellow Members of the Company of Young Professionals as we roll up our sleeves and sort food at the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
The Greater Vancouver Food Bank aims to promote access to healthy food, education, and training for all. Each year, the food bank moves approximately 4.4 million pounds of food in and out of their 33,000-square-foot warehouse.
Members who attend this outreach initiative will be sorting and packing produce while checking expiry dates. This is a great way to network with fellow CYP Members in a casual environment — all while giving back to the local community!
After the group food sort, you are invited to join us for lunch at Biercraft on Commercial Drive!
Dress code and additional details will be sent to those who register.
