Canada’s New Vision for Defence
Hon. Harjit Sajjan
The federal government recently released the highly anticipated and most widely publicly consulted defence policy for Canada in almost 20 years.
The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade is pleased to welcome Minister of National Defence Harjit S. Sajjan for a special luncheon address on Canada's new vision for defence.
Minister Sajjan will explain how Canada's new defence policy will seek to modernize the Canadian Armed Forces and ensure full support is provided to the women and men who serve, while also outlining the important role for innovation and the emphasis on economic development.
