Strengthening Canada UK Trade Relations
The United Kingdom (UK) is Canada’s third-largest trading partner with more than 40 billion dollars in goods and services traded annually.
Hear from the newly appointed British Consul General (CG) to Vancouver, Thomas Codrington. Tasked with strengthening trade relations, Consul General Codrington will provide insight into the latest negotiation developments and opportunities for a new Canada-United Kingdom Trade Agreement.
Following Consul General Codrington remarks, guests will hear from a panel of experts on practical tips from companies, representing several of Greater Vancouver's growing sectors, that have successfully entered the UK market. Guests will also receive a copy of best practices when doing business in the UK courtesy of the World Trade Centers Association.
