People are the key to building strong and resilient communities.

The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's 9th annual Indigenous Opportunities Forum will explore the important role that Indigenous leaders have played to create more prosperous communities by leveraging ownership, investing in people, and retaining their strong heritage and cultural practices.

This forum will bring together Indigenous leaders, industry leaders, and employers to discuss best practices and future investments in building strong First Nations communities.

Our partners at BCIT have released a report, An Indigenous Vision: A framework for action and accountability. Printed copies of the report will be available at the forum and you can find more at BCIT News.
