Greater Vancouver Food Bank: Group Food Sorting

Join the CYP Outreach team for another fun volunteer opportunity

The GVFB serves to create empowering environments that provide and promote access to healthy food, education, and training for all. Each year the GVFB moves approximately 4.4 million pounds of food in and out of their 33,000-square-foot warehouse.

CYP Members who attend this Outreach initiative will be sorting and packing produce while checking expiry/best-before dates. This is a great way to network with fellow CYP Members in a casual environment – all while giving back to the local community!

After the Group Food Sort, you are invited to join us for brunch at Cafe Deux Soleils (2096 Commercial Drive, Vancouver).

Dress code and additional details will be sent to CYP Members that sign up to participate.
