Leadership Forum: Strategies for Achieving a Healthy Corporate Culture

Join Members of Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's Company of Young Professionals and Leaders of Tomorrow Programs at the 9th Annual Leadership Forum as they hear from an accomplished panel of business and community leaders about what it takes to build a healthy corporate culture.

An organization's competitiveness is strongly dependent on its ability to inspire, motivate and support its team. But what are the key factors that foster a cohesive work environment and why are they critical to achieving a healthy team environment?

This year's annual CYP Leadership Forum will focus on answering these questions. First, we'll watch the top 3 videos from this year's "BIG Idea" video contest, which address mental health in the workplace. Then, we'll hear from a panel of thought-leaders on achieving a healthy corporate culture.

Why you need to attend:

  • Learn about the key success factors that cultivate a supportive and healthy team culture
  • See the top 3 videos from this year's BIG Idea Video Contest and celebrate the winning teams while networking with CYP and LOT members at the beautiful Imperial Vancouver
  • Identify actions that you can begin implementing on your team immediately following a panel discussion with thought-leaders from: Coast Capital Savings, BCIT School of Management, the Canadian Women's Soccer Team and the Daily Hive
