Leadership Series: Achieving Sustainable Growth with Earls Restaurant

Join us for the latest Company of Young Professionals (CYP) Leadership Series where we hear from local leaders in fascinating industries.

For this event, guests will hear from Mic Minhas, CFO at Fuller Family, which founded and still owns the Earls Restaurant chain. Earls has now grown to 62 restaurants and remains a private, family-owned business. It is not a franchise. Fifty-seven of the restaurants are in Canada and five are in the U.S., with more U.S. locations coming soon.

Guests will enjoy some delicious food and drinks from Earls and learn how the company stays competitive in Canada's bustling restaurant market.
