Small Business Council Social - Lawn Bowling

Join Members of our Small Business Council as they connect and compete in the first-ever SBC Lawn Bowling Tournament. Guests will be treated to a catered reception before being placed into teams and taking the pitch, where they'll compete for some outstanding prizes.

Given that lawn bowling is new to many, guests will be provided with an orientation and practice session prior to the tournament. Similar to bocce, the object of lawn bowling is to roll the ball (or bowl) as close to a small white ball (jack) as possible. Also like bocce, it’s fun, very social, and can be played by all skill levels.

Casual attire is encouraged as high heels are not allowed on the grass and bowling in a suit is highly restrictive. Space is limited so register early to avoid disappointment. All guests are asked to arrive by 5:45 p.m. at the latest.
