The Next Spike: Innovation as the key to building a smarter, more caring Canada

His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, delivered his inaugural address to The Vancouver Board of Trade on Jan. 28, 2015.

In his remarks, the Governor General discussed the importance of achieving excellence in innovation in today's world, while sharing his views on how Canada can become a global innovation leader.
