It was a wonderful kickoff to the day on Dec. 5, when Members of the Leaders of Tomorrow mentorship program took part in a roundtable discussion with executives from JOEY Restaurant Group.

The event began with a presentation by Andrew Martin, VP of Human Resources, on the importance of aligning values, followed by a focus group exercise on indentifying personal values, led by Kathryn Oliver, Training and Development Coordinator.

Following that, LOT participants heard more about JOEY Restaurant Group, including how they inspire, motivate and train individuals to succeed — including its award-winning training programs with Royal Roads University. The executive team also shared insights into the company's success and its plans for future growth.
