If you could work for any company in B.C., who would it be?
Insights West and Miles Employment Group, in partnership with The Vancouver Board of Trade, undertook one of the largest surveys of its kind. The goal of the survey was to determine the answer to the question: If you could work for any company in B.C., who would it be?
Over 3,000 randomly selected British Columbians were surveyed by Insights West in late fall 2014. The survey focused on determining how satisfied employees are in their jobs, understanding what matters most to employees in B.C. when it comes to their jobs, and identifying which companies are the best employers in B.C.
Join us on February 3rd where the results of the survey will be presented by Steve Mossop from Insights West and Sandra Miles from Miles Employment at the 2nd Annual Dream Employer Awards. Following presentation they will be joined by representiatives from four of the top 20 organizations.
The panellists will share what it means to provide an engaged workplace that is able to attract and retain the best talent in B.C. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during a moderated discussion.
We are pleased to be able to announce the top 10 public and private employers as determined by the survey. Stay tuned as we count down the list and find out how these organizations rank - the top spot will be announced on February 3, 2015.
